Mark J. Failor
Mr. Mark J. Failor, Managing Partner, has over 24 years of industry and government experience and excels at developing strategic relationships and affordable solutions to difficult organization and technology driven business transformation initiatives. His core competencies include business strategy and performance management, DoD acquisition management, governance, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and global supply chain management (SCM). Prior to founding AgileNsite in May 2008, Mr. Failor was a Managing Vice President with Gartner Inc. (Apr 2000 - Apr 2008), where performed as practice leads for the Defense Vertical, National Security and Intelligence, and State and Local Government East Coast and Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Failor has held progressively challenging management and consulting positions with PricewatehouseCoopers, Coopers & Lybrand, Paradyme Technologies and the Department of the Navy.
Mr. Failor is also a combat veteran who was recently selected for promotion to the rank of CAPTAIN in the US Navy Reserve . He is currently serving as the Commanding Officer of NR NAVSUP providing business and supply chain analysis to the Commander of NAVSUP and Chief of the Navy Supply Corps. He just recently completed a tour as the Commanding Officer of Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Det 206. In 2006, he served as a Commanding Officer of Customs Battalion QUEBEC, a forward deployed provincial unit of 428 sailors providing CENTCOM theater customs and border protection as part of OIF. In this role, his battalion managed all personnel and cargo inspections at all major air fields and seaports in Iraq and Kuwait. Upon his return from mobilization, he joined OPNAV Fleet Readiness and Logistics as a staff action officer for N41. His subsequent assignments included Aviation Supply Officer, COMCARGRU Four; XO and OIC, Navy Cargo Handling Training Battalion (NCHTB); Training, OPS and XO, Navy Cargo Handling Battalion EIGHT; Asst OPS, LANTFLT; and N6 Director of Information Technology/COMSEC, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Group (NAVELSG).
Mr. Failor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from West Virginia University and is a graduate of the Naval Supply Corps School and the Department of the Navy's Acquisition Logistics Management Intern Program.
