Vincent Mihalik
Vice President

Mr. Vincent Mihalik, Vice President, has more than 25 years of experience in the Defense Department. His areas of expertise include business and information technology strategic planning, cybersecurity strategy, capital planning and portfolio management, IT transformation, enterprise resource planning, program management, and emerging technology assessments. Throughout his career, he has advised the senior leadership of the Defense Intelligence Agency, the U.S. Army G-2, and has prepared and led briefings in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mr. Mihalik also has considerable experience in the business application of analytical solutions for the federal government. As a contributing member of an IRS modernization team, he was recognized with the Hammer Award for reinventing government principles and he also received accolades for his role in leading efforts of an innovative digitized hard-copy mail solution for Congress in the aftermath of the anthrax attacks. Mihalik holds a master's degree in business administration from the John Hopkins University, a master's degree in strategic intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College, as well as a bachelor's degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Pennsylvania State University. He also has certifications from the Project Management Institute, the Wharton School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Mihalik has also recorded more than 25 years of active and reserve military service, and currently serves in the National Military Command Center NJOIC at the Pentagon. His duties include providing current intelligence support to the secretary of defense, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Joint Staff. He was recently featured in Military Information Technology magazine's Cyber Situational Awareness Industry Roundtable, GovConExec magazine's cover story "New Warriors of Cyber," and his thoughts on best cyber practices were recently featured on The New New Internet. Mihalik has previously held leadership positions at Gartner Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton and Anteon.
